Thanks for the video, I have sent the link to it to our programmer for him to see. Maybe he'll come up with some ideas, I dunno :)

LOL, I wanna punch you so bad right now.

WELL!!! OK then, you sound exactly like a "Munchkin" from the Wizard of Oz =D Better?

Anyway, here is the minor annoyance I get once in awhile, and have gotten for mts & mts. Not a problem, as I click OK, and it goes away.

PS Munchkins get me soooo horny ;)

Ah, I always get that. Every browser does it too. It's whatever.

In the album editing you can now move photos up and down (before it was possible to only move the photo up). Hope it will be helpful for your photos organizing :)

That's odd. I'm running firefox (under ubuntu) and I have 4 DFN tabs open now. I'm not seeing anything like multiple minutes to open. My hardware is a 3-year-old vanilla Dell desktop.

That's odd indeed, since the problem still persists on my Ubuntu/FF setup . . .

Same setup here actually, but I think Jeff misunderstood the problem...

I don't know how you FF people live with it >.> lol. *Goes back to Chrome*

Severely reducing photo browsing and using Chrome... :/ Good video btw. No one should have problem identifying the issue now.

Here's some kind of a proof that Chrome/Chromium is not immune to this, but probably because it's faster and more smartly written in this sense, it doesn't totally freeze like FF does and the problem is barely noticeable depending on the computer, BUT this kind of CPU usage shouldn't be normal:

You can probably guess at which point I opened ~15 tabs. FF graph would look pretty similar.

Fixed the comments' display order, now proper (newest at the top) :)

I'm curious if anyone else has a issue with friend accepting?

I'm using Opera as a browser and when i click on a friend request the screen turns dark as normal but the popup doesn't show, until i click somewhere on the screen then i see it very shortly before it dissapears.
Same with adding a group.

It does work on IE8 so it's not that big a deal just wondered if more people had trouble with it on different browsers.

I have a suggestion regarding group discussions. I would love to get notifications if messages are posted to groups to which you have subscribed. Perhaps I have missed this in configuration, but I would post more in group discussions (or reply in a more timely fashion) if I was notified of recent activity in a particular group, or, at the very least, notified if someone responded particularly to one of my threads, or replied to one of my replies in someone elses thread. It think this would generate more activity, but should also be a configurable setting under your preferences, to turn on/off these notifications.

I think the scope of these settings should be all registered users, not only premium, to generate more activity in general.

Thank your for your consideration!

I would like to further qualify my request. This should be a local notification, not an email. I like to keep my DFN activities confined to the site, so although there is an email notification configuration option, I guess I am asking if this could be something that would pop up similarly to someone posting on a photo of yours or when leaving a profile comment.

Sorry for the ambiguity in my original post...

Regards,

noXx.
