Hi, people!

Today I've got abuses about a guy who openly told us in his profile that he is very serious about killing people and want to be a serial killer and there is no fantasy for him but reality only. Well, of course we do not need such people here and I quickly deleted him and refunded his subscription fee, he was a PREMIUM member to boot! So, I've added a new phrase to the welcome text, which is: "Please also remember that THIS PLACE IS ABOUT FANTASIES ONLY, so play safe! " But I also need YOUR HELP with reporting people who are not about fantasies but want to do something serious for real. I am not talking about slavery or BDSM stuff, of course, I do talk about killing or be killed for real. So - guys - we need your help - please report any of such persons and we will deal with them accordingly. Also, please report about people exposing REAL and PRIVATE information about other people here, like "potential victims" - it is not acceptable as well and it won't be tolerated. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your serious and fast reaction, but I feel that this person was in many ways was reaching out for help. Yes, we all have deep and dark Fantasies, and this is a great place to be free to open up and express them. Sooner or later we will draw out the real people out there who can not seperate fantasy from reality. These people need professional help for sure but talking to them here as well may be the one thing that keeps them from committing their act untill real help can be found. True, it is fun here! But one unstable person even mentioned by someone arrested for committing and murder can wreak major problems for this comunity. If you don't believe me, check out nercobabes.com, oh right, you can't. Serega is right! We have to and we must, police our community if we want to be around for a long time.

Well, that's the idea. If someone will really kill somebody and be connected with this place, or even worse, will find somebody HERE to kill in RL - DFN will quickly be history, and we don't want it to happen, do we? :)

Ya, I read his profile last night, and thought WTF, I have a couple very close female friends here (one is a long time friend/lover I got to join here), and immediately thought about their safety! I mentioned my concern to someone, and he thought it may also be a practical joke by a particular member. This cold heart had as his birthday April 1st (April fools), so it could have been a joke, but then I noticed he had a paid account, which didn't add up if it was a practical joke.

Anyway, thanks for deleting his profile, DFN does not need this shit!

Are you aware of the existance of a pretty active DFN-group named Reality Only, which states in its description text:

"For those of us who are tired of all cyberfreaks and online players. This group is for the ones that actually seek something in RL, meaning in Real Life. No fantasies.
Please only join if you are looking for something real, any indications that you are nto will lead to you being removed from the group."

Of course, I know, that there are plenty of ways to act out various fantasies in the form of real life roleplaying/scening and quite a number of people around here share a desire to do so sane and safely, but this group appears to be explicitly vague about these aspects in its approach - perhaps intentionionally vague.

It is, btw., pretty odd, that this group's founder/leader has chosen one of N8Dreams' images as the group picture, since all these scenarios were explicitly fantasy only for N8Dreams.

Absolutely agreed, Serega. It's albums like t h i s, or groups like t h a t, which should be focussed on in this particular context.

Hi Hadrian,
I think we(admins) need spend more time and monitor such albums and groups which you indicated above. Will try to do this. But the best way in my point of view is recieving abuses/reports from DFN members and then quickly make a response.

I am really uncomfortable with those blurring the distinction also. We just don't need linking to that kind of stuff, whether real or not. People are scared enough of us as it is. I don't see where you can afford it on this site any more than you can afford underage issues.

very true. there is people out there that dont know the difference between fantasy and reality. Its a sick thing when you cant. this site is for fantasy only. not reality. its good that guy is deleted.
