Why not both?

I like undercut hair - the nape is shaved smooth, giving a nice clean target, but the hair at the top of the head is long.
It can be grabbed, pulled, and all the pleasures we like so much :-)

Short hair cut in a sweet Bob looks hot on a sexy gal with a nice neck, and such a girl would look great with her head in the guillotine. Would love to see a pretty gal's head with a Bob roll..But long hair is great too, pulled up high and tight in a ponytail is ideal to pull the head out of the basket. I have long hair and would love for the executioner to pick my guillotined head by my pony tail..

I must admit, I like the idea of a girl having undercut hair. ;)

Hair just short enough to completely expose the neck for the blade should give the executioner enough to pick up the head. This isn't a bad compromise.
