The handler most definitely, although my point of view changes with the chain of activity started at the crime or just after the death. I am the person who discovers the crime and take "a peek" at the goods before the arrival of the police, the cop at the scene, the crime photographer or videographer, the EMT who gets to travel in privacy with her to the coronor, the denier who takes more photos while undressing and cleaning the young womans corpse, the coroner who performs an intimate autopsy and , of course the emblamer/funeral director.
